Guide to the Accommodation Tax

Please be informed that an accommodation tax' will come into effect on October 1st, 2018 in Kyoto City, and that all guests staying at hotels in the city of Kyoto will be required to pay the fllowing stipulated accommodation tax.

【Accommodation charge person per night】

Under 20,000 JPY →200JPY     20,000JPY to 49,999 JPY→500JPY

50,000JPY→1,000JPY
